A. Information That You Provide To Us.
In order for you to order Smell Goodies online, or sign up for our auto-delivery service, you will need to provide us with some personal information about yourself. The information that we collect includes: (1) your name; (2) your postal address (billing address and shipping address); (3) your telephone number; (4) your email address; and (5) your credit card information.

We may also ask you to complete a short, confidential survey after you submit your order. This survey is optional and is designed to collect information that will help us improve Smell Goodies and your experience at our Site.

If you only subscribe to our newsletter and special deals email service, then we only collect your email address.

The primary reason why we collect personally identifiable information from you is to allow you to place online orders for Smell Goodies and subscribe to our auto-delivery service. We need the personally identifiable information so that we can bill your credit card and ship your Smell Goodies. If you ask to receive the Smell Goodies newsletter and special offers email service, then we use your email address to send you the newsletter and special offers.

If you have filled out a confidential survey, we compile your responses with responses collected from other Pet Mint, LLC customers to improve our products and Site. We do not correlate survey responses with individual Pet Mint, LLC customers or their accounts. We may disclose “blinded” aggregated data and user statistics to prospective business partners and other third parties for lawful purposes. Blinded data is data that does not identify an individual person.

Pet Mint, LLC may disclose your personally identifiable information, including personally identifiable survey responses, to its affiliates, the companies that process credit card transactions for us, the companies that handle the actual shipping of Smell Goodies, and the companies that maintain and host our Site. The disclosure to our fulfillment and Site contractors is necessary for us to process online orders, process survey responses, and distribute the Smell Goodies email newsletter. There are two ways for you to opt out of or discontinue your subscription to the Smell Goodies special offers and newsletter email service. The first way is to click on the “Remove from list” link at the end of the newsletter, enter your email address in the space provided, and click on “remove”. The second way is to go directly to that page by clicking on this link. It usually takes us 1 – 2 business days to process opt out requests.

IV. What Kind of Security Does Pet Mint, LLC Use to Protect Your Privacy?
